This Durga Puja, science comes to the pandal. As part of ISRO's Space on Wheels initiative, students from schools across the city will get a rare chance to explore India's space journey up close - alongside a city-wide inter-school science exhibition and competition that puts their own ideas on display.

Categories
- Junior - classes 6 to 8 - judged 25 September 2026
- Senior - classes 9 to 11 - judged 26 September 2026
What to Present?
- Each individual/team project can only present one project.
- A team can comprise of maximum 3 members.
- Experiments can be on any STEM topics.
- Challenge is to explain STEM concepts in everyday language making it fun without compromising on the science.
- It will be like your physical/normal science experiment demonstration in front of judges.
Rules
- Background music or sound effects are allowed (it must not be part of the demo if your topic is or involves ‘Sound’).
- All projects that contain obscene, provocative, objectionable or otherwise inappropriate content will be disqualified.
Rules — What is NOT permitted?
- Animation is NOT allowed.
- Voice over is NOT allowed (showing just slides/diagrams etc. with voices).
- All projects must NOT be created with professional assistance.
- Adults/Non-participants are allowed to be fringe actors or cameraman but NOT content contributor.
Rules — How to Submit?
- One needs to submit the following by 29th Dec:
- Participants Names
- TITLE of the project
- School name
- Subject area
- Category: Primary/secondary
- Submission by schools — All school coordinators are required to collate the different projects in the excel sheet and submit to the following email address: sharodpatа@gmail.com
- Individual project submission should also use the email address: sharodpatа@gmail.com
IP Rights
- All projects must be original work conceived and created by the students. No copyrighted materials (e.g. images, music, etc.) may be used unless the students own the copyright or have a license to use the material.
- If the students have gained formal permission to use any copyrighted materials (e.g. images, music, etc.) under terms and conditions stipulated by the copyright owners, the students need to include an acknowledgment / credit at the end of the video.
- The use of logos including known commercial brands, institutional crests or trademarks, unless integral to the project, is not allowed.
- Ownership of the underlying intellectual property of the project remains with the student(s) of the individual/team project, with the following exception:
- Students grant the organizer the right to use, distribute and display their work without further compensation or notification to the student(s).
- Students grant the organizer the right to use their images and videos for publicity and advertising without further compensation or notification to the student(s).
- The organizers reserves the right to withdraw the prizes in the event that the winners do not comply with the contest terms and conditions.
- The organizers reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate and/or suspend this competition without prior notice.
- Participation in the competition and acceptance of prizes constitutes an irrevocable permission for the Organizer to use the winners’ names and photographs for purposes of publicity and advertisement without any compensation or need for prior notification.
- The organizer shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities of whatsoever nature and however arising or suffered by the participants and/or third parties resulting directly or indirectly from the contest or prizes.
- By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and all decisions by the organizer are final and binding. The organizers reserve the right to change, amend, add or delete any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice at any time and participants shall be bound by such changes.
- The organizer decision on all matters relating to this competition shall be final, conclusive and binding.
- The organizer is not obligated to give any reasons on any matter in the competition.
